摘要
采用硝酸、氢氟酸溶样,采用容量法对硅的含量进行测定,定容后的滤液用电感耦合等离子体光谱法直接进行钙、钡、铝的测定。对样品的处理条件和ICP光谱仪工作条件进行了试验和优化,确定了试验方法的最佳条件。用标准加入法做回收试验,测得回收率在99%~101%之间。试验结果表明:该方法准确、快速、简便,精密度、回收率、标准样品分析对照均取得了满意的结果。该方法可以满足实验室生产检验的需要。
Adopting nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid to deliquesce the sample, Si content was determined with volumetric method, Ca, Ba and Al content in constant volume of filtrate was directly determined with ICP method. The processing conditions of the samples and ICP spectrometer working conditions were studied and optimized,The optimal testing parameters were determined. Recover test is done with standard adding method, and recovery was determined as 99% -101%. The testing results prove that this method is precise, quick and easy operation, can meet the needs in daily production testing.
