针对性干预对航空官兵心理健康的影响

Effect of the targeted mental intervention on improving mental health of army aviation soldiers

目的 探讨针对性干预对航空官兵心理健康的影响,为建立有效的干预模式提供科学依据.方法 对某部队以连队为单位进行分层随机抽取478人（其中32人在干预过程中脱落）为干预组,选择同期未进入干预组的正常官兵列入对照组（180人）,将影响部队官兵心理健康的因素,编制较适合部队实际的支持性干预措施,转换工作方法,及时响应官兵的心理需求,合理统一服役目标,推广简单的自我调适方法及小组座谈等,对航空官兵整体进行心理干预,并使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行测评,分析两组航空官兵心理健康状况.结果 干预后官兵SCL-90总分及各因子分显著低于干预前（均P＜0.01）.地勤、空勤人员总分及各因子分干预后明显低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）;机关人员干预前后总分及各因子分差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.不同军衔官兵干预后总分及各因子分均明显低于干预前（P ＜0.05或P ＜0.01）;不同学历官兵干预后总分及各因子分较干预前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 根据部队官兵心理健康的影响因素,针对性的进行心理干预,能明显改善部队官兵的心理健康.

Objective To investigate the effect of mental intervention on army aviation in order to provide the basis for establishing an effective intervention mode to maintain their mental health.Methods Based on the factors affecting mental health of aviation soldiers,more suitable support intervention systems was provided for the troops to timely respond to the mental needs of the soldiers,to provide rational unified service goals,to promote a simple self-adjustment methods,and to carry subgroup mental interview,etc.All the soldiers were psychologically intervened,and then were evaluated by using symptom Checklist （SCL-90）.Results The total score and factorial score of SCL-90 were significantly reduced after intervention （P 〈 0.01）.More precisely,scores for ground and air crew were reduced significantly after intervention （P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01）.No significant difference was found for agency staff members （P 〉 0.05）.Scores for soldiers,noncommissioned officers,and cadres were decreased after intervention （P 〈 0.05,P 〈 0.01）.The decreased scores was for the officers and men with different academic background （P 〈0.05,P 〈0.01）.Conclusions According to the present study,the targeted mental intervention can significantly improve the mental health of the troops.
