摘要稳定性冠心病（或稳定性缺血性冠心病）是冠心病中最常见的类型,也是治疗上颇有争议的一种类型.2007年和2010年我国曾先后发表了“慢性稳定性心绞痛诊断与治疗指南”[1]及“慢性稳定性冠心病管理中国共识”,对稳定性冠心病的治疗提供了诊断、治疗和管理的基本原则.2012年,美国心脏病学会基金会（American College of Cardiology Foundation,ACCF）等6个学会（协会）联合发布了稳定性缺血性心脏病诊断和治疗指南[2]（Guideline for the Diagnosis and Management of Patients With Stable Ischemic Heart Disease）;2013年,欧洲心脏病学会（European Society of Cardiology,ESC）发表稳定性冠心病治疗指南（2013 ESC Guidelines on the Management of Stable Coronary Artery Disease）[3];2014年美国心脏病学会（American College of Cardiology,ACC）和美国心脏协会（American Heart Association,AHA）等又联合发布了稳定性缺血性心脏病诊断和管理指南更新[4].这些指南进一步强调,慢性稳定性冠心病的治疗目标为：控制或延缓冠心病进展,预防心肌梗死和死亡以延长寿命;控制和缓解心肌缺血/心绞痛症状和发作频率以改善生活质量.
