A case report of cerebral resuscitation by surface cooling in a patient with cardiac arrest

1病例资料 患者男性，49岁，主因“胸痛85分钟，意识丧失60分钟”就诊于北京大学第三医院急诊科。患者85min前突发胸痛伴大汗，舌下含服硝酸甘油0．5mg，症状未缓解。60min前突发意识丧失，院前急救给予心肺复苏，约5min后呼吸、心跳恢复，但意识未恢复，转诊过程中再次出现呼吸、心跳停止，

Therapeutic hypothermia is an important treatment for cerebral resuscitation in patients after cardiac arrest. But it is rarely used for comatose survivor post- cardiac arrest in China. The patient was the first case who was in coma post cardiac arrest caused by acute myocardial infarction and given hypo- thermia therapy in our hospital. After coronary reperfusion and therapeutic hypothermia, the patient＇ s sneurologic function was recovered to normal. The paper discussed the indications, contraindications, cooling methods and complications of therapeutic hypothermia.
