糖化血红蛋白检测标准化进程及相关问题

The standardization of hemoglobin Alc measurements

国际上糖化血红蛋白的标准化已进行20余年，取得了显著效果。我国的标准化工作已经起步，已有3家实验室进入IFCC参考实验室网络，参考系统在正确度验证计划中发挥着量值传递的作用。国内HbA检测水平有所提高，室间变异系数较前几年显著降低，相关各方需继续努力以进一步推进标准化，以满足临床需要求。中华检验医学杂志，2014，37：881-883）

Glycated hemoglobin plays an important role in diabetes management. International standardization of HbAio initiated 20 years ago and has been performed successfully. The standardization of HbAlc in China has been started several years 3 labs have become approved laboratories of IFCC reference network. Reference methods were applied to transfer trueness in the national trueness verification project. The measurement performance of HbA testing have improved in recent years and the between-lab CVs reduced evidently.
