NB-UVB照射对白癜风皮损区IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α以及slCAM-1水平的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:确定NB-UVB照射对白癜风局部皮损组织液细胞因子IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α以及s1-CAM-1水平的影响。方法:NB-UVB照射白癜风皮损区30次,采用ELISA法检测白癜风患者NBUVB照射前后局部皮损组织液中IL-6、IL-18、TNF-α以及slCAM-1水平。结果:皮损区组织液中IL-6为0.316±0.237 ng/mL,低于健康人群,IL-18为0.925±0.419 ng/mL、TNF-α为1.012±0.473 ng/mL、slCAM-1为1.162±0.386 ng/mL,均高于健康人群。经NB-UVB照射后,复色区各细胞因子水平基本恢复正常。结论:NB-UVB可能通过对细胞因子的调节起到治疗白癜风的作用。 Objective: To determine the effects of NB-UVB on the levels of IL-6, IL-18, TNF-a and sl- CAM-1 in the lesions of vitiligo. Methods: The lesional levels of IL-6, IL-18, TNF-a and slCAM-1 were detected by ELISA before and after irradiation by NB-UVB for 30 times. Results: Before the irradiation of NB -UVB, the level of IL-6 was 0.316±0.237 ng/mL, which was lower than that in heahhy people; the levels of IL-18, TNF-o~, slCAM-1 were 0.925±0.419 ng/mL, 1.012±0.473 ng/mL and 1.162±0.386 ng/mL, which were higher than those of the healthy people. After the irradiation of NB-UVB, all the eytokine levels in the improved lesions were basically restored to normal. Conclusion: The efficacy of NB-UVB on vitiligo may be through regulating the levels of cytokines.
