摘要
患者,男,21岁。颈部、胸背部红斑、丘疹、水疱伴瘙痒2年。组织病理示海绵水肿性皮炎。结合临床诊断为色素性痒疹。
A 21-year-old male presented with erythema, papules, and blisters in the neck, chest and back area for 2 years, with pruritus. The biopsy specimen showed spongy edema dermatitis. The diagnosis of pruri- go pigmentosa was made.
