摘要
栈桥钢管桩是大型水上桥梁施工临时便道的基桩,施工中常因地质条件恶劣等原因,使桩钢管桩产生结构不稳定、插打贯入度不够及桩的垂直度偏差等问题。依据工程实例分析了不同水深、覆盖层厚度及风化岩厚度等地质条件下,对栈桥钢管桩施工的质量控制,提出相应施工控制措施,保证了栈桥钢管桩施工的质量。
Trestle bridge steel pipe pile is the foundation piles of large water temporary service road bridge construction,by the reasons of poor geological conditions in construction the steel pipe piles structural instability insufficient plug penetration and pile verticality deviation,etc were often happened. Based on engineering examples,analyzed the quality control of steel pipe pile construction under the different water depths and covering layer thickness and the thickness of the weathered rock geological conditions,put forward the corresponding construction control measures to ensure that the quality of the trestle steel pipe pile construction.
