摘要
目的:比较不同干燥温度和采收时间对畲药地稔中没食子酸、槲皮素含量的影响,确定地稔最佳干燥温度和最佳采收时间。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent-SB C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃;检测波长254 nm。结果:畲药地稔中没食子酸、槲皮素含量随干燥温度降低而显著升高,以室内阴干效果为最好。5月份初采收的地稔两成分总含量最高。结论:干燥温度和采收时间是影响地稔没食子酸和槲皮素含量的重要因素。以两成分含量为指标,最佳采收时间在5月初,花未开时。
Objective: Through comparing the influence of the contents of gallic acid andquercetin in Traditional She Medicine time, to determine the optimal drying with the chromatographic condition as Melastoma dodecandrum by different drying temperature and harvest temperature and the best harvest time. Methods: HPLC was applied follows: the chromatographic column was Agilent-SB C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) at 30 ℃; methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phrase, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0 mL. min-1, the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results: The contents of gallic acid and quercetin in M. dodecandrum obviously elevated along with the reduce of dry temperature, and the best ofthem is dried in shade. The contents of total two components were higher in early May than other months. Conclusion: Drying temperature and harvest time appeared to be the key factor to the contents ofgallic acid and quercetin in M. dodecandrum. Taking the contents gallic acid and quercetin as the index, the optimal harvest time is in early May, when flowers are not open.
