摘要 目的:探索阜康阿魏植物内生真菌的组成及分布,为进一步深入研究其作用机理及应用价值提供理论依据.方法:采用微生物学研究方法与技术,对阜康阿魏的不同生长期、不同部位中的内生真菌进行了分离,并利用形态和分子生物学方法对其鉴定.通过分离频率、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和系统发育树等分析阜康阿魏内生真菌的组成、分布及多样性.结果:本研究共分离得到内生真菌59株,分别归属于20个分类单元,其中,Pleosporales sp.,短枝霉属和叶点霉属为优势菌群,分别占总菌株数量的11.86%、8.47%和8.47%.阜康阿魏1~2年根的多样性指数最大,达到1.48.结论:阜康阿魏在不同生长期及不同部位中的内生真菌分布及组成存在差异,具有一定的年份及组织专一性. Objective: In order to provide basic information for further study on mechanism and application of endophytic fungal of Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen, the composition and distribution of endophytic fungi associated with F.fukanensis were analyzed in the research. Methods: The microbiology research methods and technology were used to isolate the endophytic fungi from different samples of F. fukanensis, and this endophytic fungi were identified by ITS rDNA sequence analysis and morphology analysis. The Isolation frequency(IF), Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index(H') and Phylogenetic tree were used to analyze the composition, distribution and diversity of endophytic fungal community. Results: A total of 59 strains endophytic fungi were isolated from the F.fukanensis, which were classified into 20 species. Among the 140 isolates, Pleosporales sp. , Brachycladium papaveris and Phyllosticta were the dominant generas, which can reach 11.86%, 8.47% and 8.47% respectively. The Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index of 1-2 years F. fukanensis was the highest, reached 1.48. Conclusion: There are notable differences between distribution and composition of the endophytic fungi isolated from different years and different parts of F. fukanensis.
