摘要
甜茶Rubus suavissimus S.Lee是广西民间长期使用的茶、糖、药三位一体的甜味植物,具有茶文化特征。民间饮用经验证明,甜茶有清热解毒、生津、润肺、止咳、利咽的功效。甜茶含有黄酮类、二萜及其苷类、多酚类、鞣质等化学成分。现代药理研究表明,甜茶具有抗氧化、抗过敏、抗炎、防龋齿、降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性成分,且安全无毒。笔者还对甜茶的应用现状以及今后的发展进行了讨论,为进一步研究开发甜茶提供科学依据。
The article summarized and discussed the progresses of Sweet tea (Rubus suavissimus S. Lee) , one of the Non-Camellia teas, which has been used in the Guangxi zhuang autonomous region of China for hundreds of years. Sweet tea has heat-clearing and detoxicating effect, and has moistening lung for arresting cough effect. Sweet tea contains flavonoids, diterpenes, polyphenols and tannis. Modern research shows that Sweet tea has antioxidative ability, antianaphylaxis activity, caries prevention and hypoglycemic effects. Sweet tea is security. Furthermore, the paper discussed application status and future development on Sweet tea.
