确保中药材质量的生产管理模式探析

Discussion on Production Management Mode to Guarantee the Quality of Chinese Materia Medica

当前中药材存在质量问题的主要原因在于现在的中药材生产管理模式与对其质量的要求不相适应。本文提出要确保中药材的质量,可从改变中药材的生产管理模式入手,来解决所存在的质量问题。主要内容为:中药材生产正品化、中药材生产道地化、中药材栽培规范化、野生药材栽培化、中药材初加工的许可管理、中药材的保质期设定、中药材信息可追溯等的生产管理模式。中药材质量受种源、产地、栽培管理、采收、加工、保管等多因素影响,中药材的质量是生产出来的,质量检验只是对结果的一种判定。因此,保证中药材质量的工作重点,在于对中药材生产过程的各个环节进行有效管控。将生产过程控制和质量检验相结合,才能确保中药材质量。

On the basis of the quality problems exist in Chinese Materia Medica （CMM）, the main reason is that the production management mode of CMM does not meet the quality requirements. The quality problems can be solved by changing the mode of production management, including authentic production, genuineness, GAP, cultivation of wild herbs, production licenses management of primary processing, set expiration date, traceability system for production information, etc. The quality of CMM is influenced by the source, origin, cultivation management, harvesting, processing and storage, etc. The quality of CMM is produced and the quality inspection is only a kind of judgement. Therefore, the quality of CMM should be ensured through the whole process control combined with the quality inspection.
