一起学校生活饮用水不符合卫生标准行政处罚案例的分析

Case analysis of an administrative punishment of drinking water not meeting the hygienic standard in a school

2013年,我局对辖区内自建设施供应生活饮用水学校进行监督检查时,发现1所学校的自建设施供水系统的消毒设备因损坏不能正常运转,导致为学生供应的生活饮用水未经消毒。执法人员现场采集水样进行检测。经检测该校供应的生活饮用水不符合国家卫生标准,执法人员对被抽检单位进行了行政处罚。通过本案例分析,提示在行政处罚过程中要正确适用法律,水样采集应严格按照规范操作要求。

To understand operation situations of the drinking water supply facilities and water quality,we conducted a special supervision and inspection in schools of the area under administration.We took the water sampling for inspections according law.The administrative punishments were made to unqualified results.The case study suggested that sample should be strictly in accordance with the relevant norms of sampling,and the correlation analysis of the test results should be conducted.The administrative punishment could be made only the test results in accordance with the relevant requirements.
