比索洛尔联合非洛地平缓释片对心率偏快中青年高血压的双重治疗

Therapy of Bisoprolol combined with Felodipine zyban for hypertension in mid-aged and young patients with a racing heart

目的 观察比索洛尔合用非洛地平缓释片对中青年舒张压升高为主伴心率偏快的疗效和安全性.方法 选择2012年2月至2013年7月来湖南医药学院附属第一人民医院就诊,以1～2级舒张压升高为主、静息心率＞70次/min的中青年患者77例,随机分成观察组（38例）和对照组（39例）.观察组给予比索洛尔（2.5～5.0 mg,1次/d）和非洛地平缓释片（5 mg,1次/d）;对照组仅给予非洛地平缓释片（5～10 mg,1次/d）.比较两组治疗前后（8周末）的血压、心率及安全性.结果 ①观察组降压总有效率为94.7％（36/38）,显著高于对照组的71.8％（28/39）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.②观察组降低坐位舒张压幅度和静息心率幅度均显著大于对照组[（18.5±6.4）mmHg比（9.3±5.3）mmHg,（9.3±5.3）次/min比（1.7±7.1）次/min],差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.③患者不良反应轻微,均在可耐受范围.结论 比索洛尔加非洛地平缓释片,对心率偏快的中青年高血压患者有降压和降心率的双重作用,不良反应轻微,值得临床推荐.

Objective To observe the effect and security of Bisoprolol combined with Felodipine zyban for middle-aged and young patients having hiked diastolic blood pressure with heart rate increasing. Methods 77 cases of mid-aged and young patients having hiked diastolic blood pressure in degree 1 or 2 with resting heart rate greater than 70 times/min were randomly divided into observation group （38 cases） and control group （39 cases ）. To observation group, give both Bisoprolol （2.5-5.0 mg, 1 time/d） and Felodipine zyban （5 mg, 1 time/d）, and to control group, only give Felodipine zyban （5-10 mg, 1 time/d）. The blood pressure, heart rate and security of the two groups were compared before and after treatment （eight weeks ）. Results （1） The total antihypertensive effective rate was 94.7% （36/38） in observation group which was significantly higher than that of control group 71.8%（28/39）, so the differences （P〈0.05） were statistically significant. （2）The observation group reduces sitting diastolic blood pressure and resting heart rate which were all significantly greater than these in control group [（18.5±6.4）mm Hg vs （9.3=t：5.3）mm Hg, （9.3±5.3）times/min vs （1.7±7.1）times/mini, so the differences were also statistically significant （both P〈0.05）. （3）The patients only have rare adverse reactions which are in the tolerable range. Conclusion For mid-aged and young patients with a racing heart, it is worth recommending to use Bisoprolol combined with Felodipine zyban which can both control heart rate and decease blood pressure effectively.
