白英汤保留灌肠防治急性放射性直肠炎临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察中药白英汤保留灌肠防治放射性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法将68例局部晚期癌症需要盆腔放疗患者随机分为中药组35例和对照组33例,治疗组每日放疗结束后采用白英汤保留灌肠30min,每日1次;对照组每日放疗结束后采用生理盐水保留灌肠,每日1次,腹泻次数较多时给予抗生素加激素,适当补液。放疗结束后比较两组患者的直肠急性放射性损伤程度及生存质量。结果治疗组Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度急性放射性直肠损伤发生率低于对照组;治疗组生活质量优于对照组;组间比较差异均有统计学意义。结论中药白英汤保留灌肠可减少盆腔部位放疗Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度急性放射性肠炎的发生,改善患者生活质量。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang on preventing radiation-in-duced rectum injury and the quality of life with pelvic cavity neoplasm. Methods Sixty-eight patients with pelvic cavity neoplasm to accept radiotherapy were divided into two groups:35 cases were treated by radiotherapy and traditional Chinese herbal Baiying-tang retention enema named treatment group,and 33 cases for control group were treated by merely radiotherapy. Chinese herbal Baiyingtang were used for retention enema 30min after radiotherapy each day. The intestinal acute radiation injury degree and the quality of life in both groups were observed after treatment. Rehydration therapy were used when diarrhea appeared. Results The incidence of acute radiation enteritis above gradeⅡin the traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang group was 28.57%,significantly lower than it in the control group 63.64 (P〈0.05). The quality of life of the patients of treatment groups was better than it of the control. Conclusion The traditional Chinese herbal Baiyingtang has an effect on preventing radiation-induced acute radiation en-teritis,and improving the quality of life with pelvic cavity neoplasms who need radiotherapy. It is worth further investigation whether it can increase the endurance of radiation dose and the rate of tumor control or not.
