Plasma Gasification of Solid Waste:Opportunities,Challenges and Countermeasures

概述了我国城市生活垃圾特点及垃圾处理现状,并分析了垃圾处理技术的发展趋势,从符合国家的政策导向、克服垃圾焚烧发电的局限性、具有广阔的市场需求及发展空间、有着良好的时机和切入点、符合东方电气战略发展思路等方面详细说明了东方电气发展垃圾等离子气化技术有着前所未有的机遇。同时分析了发展此项技术存在的挑战,并提出了东方电气垃圾等离子气化发电产业化应用"三步走"的对策。

This paper summarizes the characteristic of municipal solid waste in China and analyzes the trend of development in waste treatment technology. It explains in detail that there are unprecedented opportunities for Dongfang Electric Corporation to develop the plasma gasification of solid waste, from such various aspects that include policy guide, overcoming of limitations of waste incineration,huge market demand and rapid development, and compliance with the company strategic development plan, etc. Finally, it analyzes the challenges for this technology along with the countermeasures by taking ‘Three-Step’ for DEC to realize the industrialization applications of the plasma gasification technology of solid waste.
