目的探索河南省医学院校专业设置与卫生行业岗位需求的关系。方法通过对目前卫生行业岗位和相关岗位人才现状的分析,选择具有代表性的河南医学高等专科学校、郑州澍青医专、漯河医专、商丘医专等专业设置的情况进行研究,从而探索医学院校专业设置与卫生行业岗位需求的关系。结果河南省医学院校专业设置与卫生行业岗位需求并未完全衔接。结论河南省医学院校专业设置应根据岗位需求加以完善。

To explore the relationship between major settings of medical schools in Henan Province and needed positions of health care industry. Methods To explore the relationship between major set- tings of medical schools in Henan Province and needed positions of health care industry through analysis of needed positions in the present health care industry, present situation of talent in the relevant positions and studies of the major settings in some representative colleges such as Henan Medical College, Zheng- zhou Medical College of Shuqing, Luohe Medical College, Shangqiu Medical College. Results Major settings of medical schools in Henan Province do not fully match the needed positions in the health care industry. Conclusion Major settings of medical schools in Henan Province should be improved based on the needed positions.
