高职医学生求职功利化倾向的反思

Reflection on Utilitarian Tendency in Job Hunting of Medical Vocational College Students

当前中国正处于社会转型期,社会结构的变动和利益格局的调整,影响和改变着高职医学生的思想观念和价值取向,这表现为求职过程中的功利化倾向和行为。对此,教师应客观看待和正确引导,以社会主义义利观矫正功利观偏差,以科学理性的就业观引导就业观念转变,以清新正气的校园氛围抑制功利化情绪,以完善的就业指导工作弱化求职功利化趋势,力图探寻应对高职医学生求职功利化的创新路径。

Nowadays China is undergoing the period of social transition, the change of social structure and interests pattern adjustment, which influences and changes the ideology and value orientation of med- ical vocational students who show utilitarian tendency and behavior during job hunting. This teachers should be treated objectively and guided correctly. The deviation of utilitarism should be corrected by in- terest view of socialism, the utilitarian job hu concept, utilitarian mood suppressed by vital nting concept converted by scientific rational job hunting campus atmosphere, job -hunting utilitarian tendency weakened by improved vocational guidance so as to explore a creative way to cope with the job - hunting utilitarian tendency of students in medical vocational colleges
