摘要
在现代电路设计中,信号的反射几乎无处不在。深入理解信号反射产生的原因,并给出解决反射问题的技术方案,将有助于增强所设计系统的稳定性和可靠性[1]。论文以核信号采集系统为背景,阐述了信号反射产生的原因和消除反射的措施,并且借助于Cadence allegro PCB SI仿真工具对传输线不同延迟下和端接后的信号反射进行仿真分析。通过仿真分析证明减小传输线延迟和端接能够减小信号反射,为以后此类核信号采集系统的设计提供了有益借鉴。
Signal reflectioncan be found almost everywhere in modern circuit design .An in-depth understand-ing of the causes of signal reflection and introducing solutions of signal reflection will help to increase stability and reliability of designed system .This paper illustrates the reasons of signal reflection and measures of remo -ving signal reflection in the background of nuclear signal acquisition system and conducting simulations of signal reflection which is under different transmission delay and terminationwith Cadence allegro PCB SI .The simula-tion analysis proves that reducing the transmission delay and impedance matching can reduce signal reflection . The simulation analysisprovides beneficial reference for the design of such systems .
