摘要
我国约有9亿多农村人口,数量巨大.随着农村生产力的发展和农民生活水平的逐步提高,每天各种生产和生活废弃物数量十分惊人.如何处理这些废弃物实现节能回收再利用,关系到我国新农村经济建设和生态环境的安全.在分析和研究我国农村废弃物节能回收现状和存在问题的基础上,从构筑良好的政策环境以及培养专业的管理人才角度,提出农村废弃物节能回收网络建设的对策,为实现农村可持续发展和建设新农村小康社会提供借鉴.
China has a huge rural population of about 900 million.With the development of rural productivity and improvement of quality of life for farmers,a great amount of production waste and household garbage is generated on a daily basis.How to deal with this huge amount of waste and achieve energy-saving recycling is related to the New Rural Economy Construction and ecological environment security.Based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of rural waste recycling network in China, some countermeasures are proposed, which focus on the creation of a favorable policy environment and professional management talents cultivation.It provides some reference on sustainable development in rural areas and construction of an all-round well-off society.
