新时期加强村级财务收支管理途径探究

随着社会的发展与进步,国家经济也呈现强势增长,各单位各阶层的财务收支也在不断扩大,我国为全面建设小康社会,切实开创"三农"新局面,通过体制改革和政策调整,削弱并逐步消除城乡之间的屏障,改变"重城市轻农村,城乡分治"的观念和做法,国家各级各部门高度重视村级财务收支管理工作,并取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一定的不足之处,笔者就目前村级财务收支管理方面存在的劣势,就此提出相应的改进建议,以使广大农民群众的切身利益得以保护,农村各项事业的健康发展,建立社会主义市场经济体制下和谐的城乡关系,促使农村财务收支管理走向正轨。

With the development and progress of society, the economy is showing strong growth, the financial revenue and expenditure of all classes in every unit is constantly expanding, China for the construction of a well-off society, weaknesses, puts forward the corresponding suggestions for improvement, to enable the broad masses of peasants vital interests of the masses to protect the healthy development of various undertakings in rural areas, urban and rural harmonious relationship between the establishment of the socialist market economic system, promote rural financial revenue and expenditure management back on track.
