摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定五味子糖浆中五味子醇甲、五味子醇乙、五味子甲素含量的方法。方法:采用月旭XDB C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速:1.0m L/min,检测波长:250nm。结果:五味子醇甲在0.04-2.02mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),回归方程为:y=10 311x-23.19。其平均回收率为98.37%(RSD=1.519%)。五味子醇乙在0.011-1.76mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),回归方程为:y=10 704x-24.666。其平均回收率为101.625%(RSD=1.307%)。五味子甲素在0.004-0.81mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=1),回归方程为:y=10 601x-4.982 9。其平均回收率为102.311%(RSD=0.824%)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于五味子糖浆中五味子木脂素类的含量测定。
Objective: To establish the determination method of Schizandrin,Aomisin and Deoxyschizandrin in Wuweizi syrup with RP-HPLC. Methods: The samples were analyzed on a XDB C18column(5μm,4. 6mm × 250mm) by using formaldehyde-water as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1. 0m L / min,250 nm as the detection wave-length. Results: Schizandrin showed a good relationship at the range of 0. 04 - 2. 02 mg / ml(r = 1). Regression Equation: y =10311x-23. 19. The average recovery of syringin was 98. 37% and RSD = 1. 519%. Aomisin showed a good relationship at the range of 0. 011 - 1. 76 mg / ml(r = 0. 9998). Regression Equation: y = 10704x-24. 666. The average recovery of syringin was 101. 625% and RSD = 1. 307%. Deoxyschizandrin showed a good relationship at the range of 0. 004 -0. 81 mg / ml(r = 1). Regression Equation: y = 10601x-4. 9829. The average recovery of syringin was 102. 311% and RSD = 0. 824%. Conclusion: The method is simple,convenient and accurate,and can be used for content determination of Mixed ZiMu lipid classes in Wuweizi syrup.
