Experience of Professor LI Qi-yi for Treating Palpitation by Using the Theory of”Regulating the Rong Wei for Patients with Heart Hurt”

"损其心者,调其荣卫"理论来源于《难经》,李七一教授从心、血、脉与营卫关系的角度进行分析,指明营卫可以通过入脉、化血的过程即血脉与心发生间接的作用。心气受损可以通过调节营卫的功能,而起到调节血脉,进而达到弥补受损之心气的目的。治疗上凡能使得卫气固密、营阴充盈,营卫和谐的方法皆为调和营卫之法,并将之用于心悸的治疗。

The theory of＂regulating the Rong for patients with Heart Hurt＂comes from the book＂Nan jing（Classic of Questioning） ＂. Professor LI Qi-yi analyzes this theory from the relationship between heart,blood,arteries and veins,and Rong Wei. He points out that Rong Wei has an indirect effect on heart by entering into arteries and veins. When heart is hurt,it can be tonified by regulating the Rong Wei to regulate blood and arteries and veins. All of the treatments that could make Wei Qi density,Ying Yin filling and Ying Wei harmony are regulating the Rong Wei. He also uses this theory to treat palpitation.
