氯雷他啶联合四物消风饮治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察 被引量:2

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Combination of Loratadine and Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin on Chronic Urticaria

摘要 目的:观察氯雷他定联合四物消风饮治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效并对IgE、白介素水平进行研究。方法:选取慢性荨麻疹患者106例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各53例。对照组口服氯雷他定治疗,治疗组口服氯雷他定联合四物消风饮治疗,4周后比较两组治疗的临床效果。同时采用联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测正常组和治疗组患者治疗前后血清中的IgE和IL-2、IL-4和IL-10的水平。结果:4周治疗后,对照组的总有效率为66.04%,治疗组的有效率为94.34%,治疗组有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与正常组相比,经氯雷他定和四物消风饮联合治疗后,治疗前IgE、IL-4和IL-10水平显著升高,IL-2水平降低;治疗后IgE、IL-4和IL-10水平显著降低,IL-2水平显著升高。结论:氯雷他定和四物消风饮联合用药治疗慢性荨麻疹具有良好的疗效,其作用机制可能与调节IgE、IL-2、IL-4和IL-10的水平有关。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of Loratadine and Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin on chronic urticaria and related influence on IgE and interleukins. Methods: 106 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups at random,53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Loratadine and the treatment group was with Loratadine and Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin. After 4 weeks' treatment,the effects of two groups were compared. ELISA method was applied to detect the levels of IgE,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 in patients' serum in normal group and treatment group. Results: After treatment of 4 weeks,the total effective rate in the control group was 66. 04%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was 94. 34%. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the normal group(P〈0. 05). Compared with the normal group,levels of IgE,IL-4 and IL-10 in patients' serum were increased and level of IL-2 was decreased with the pre-treatment of Loratadine and Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin. After treatment by Loratadine and Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin,IL-2 level was increased,and levels of IgE,IL-4 and IL-10 were decreased. Conclusion:Loratadine with Si Wu Xiao Feng Yin has a distinct effect on treating chronic urticaria,which can be related to regulating the levels of IgE,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10.
