摘要
本文将张仲景《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》中用酒的方剂进行了汇总,根据煎煮法、炮制法、服用法的不同将其分为三类,并结合后世医家注解及现代研究结果进行了剖析,认为仲景将酒用不同的方法与药物混合,发挥其温阳气,驱寒邪,行气血,通经络,助药力等不同的作用,从而达到更好的疗效。
This article summarized the formulas with wine in Treatise on Cold Disease and Treatise on Miscellaneous Diseases written by ZHANG Zhong-jing. The formulas were analyzed according to the different methods such as decocting,processing and taking medicinals,combined with the annotations of later doctors and modern research results. It played a role in warming Yang qi,eliminating the cold evil,promoting the circulation of Qi and blood,smoothing channels and collaterals to mix wine with various Chinese medicines,so as to achieve a better therapeutic effect.
