摘要
目的了解济南市禽类交易市场与饲养环境禽流感病毒污染状况,为防控人感染禽流感提供科学依据。方法 2014年在流感高发的春季采集活禽交易市场和养殖场所环境标本,用实时荧光定量PCR法(Real—time PCR)检测禽流感病毒FIu A、H5、H9、H7、N1、N2、N9。结果活禽市场H5N1检出率为25.32%,其中粪便标本H5H1检出率为24.14%,禽类污水H5H1检出率为25.00%,涂抹笼具表面H5H1检出率为26.92%,H9、H7未检出。养殖场所H5、H7、H9均未检出阳性标本。结论济南市不同活禽交易市场、饲养环境H5NI禽流感病毒污染存在差异。
Objectives To determine the pollution of avian influenza virus in the environment of live poultry markets and poultry farms in Jinan in the spring of 2014, and to provide scientific strategies for the prevention and control of avian influenza in human. Methods Samples were collected from the environment in live poultry markets and poultry farms, and the samples were tested by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results No positive sample for H5, H9 and H7 was detected in poultry farms. The positive rate for H5N1 in poultry markets was 25.32% , and the positive rate for H5H1 in the excrement of poultry was 24.41% , in sewages was 25.00% , and on the surface of cages for keeping poultry was 26.92%. Conclusions The pollution of H5N1 virus was various in different live poultry markets and poultry farms.
