摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,对能源的需求日益增加,天然气在我国一次能源中的比重越来越大。除了通过长输管道进口天然气外,近年来,通过LNG船海上运输进口LNG发展十分迅速。通过LNG船运输需要建立大量的LNG接收站。文中介绍了目前主要使用的三种LNG接收站气化器形式和各自的优缺点。通过对三种LNG海水气化器内部流动换热性能分析,建立起海水气化器的设计模型。在模型的基础上提出了各个气化器设计计算的具体方法,通过与实际LNG气化器参数的验证比较,表明文中提出的模型和计算方法可以用来指导LNG海水气化器的设计。
With the rapid development of economics,the demand for natural gas has been growing dramatically. Besides the transportation of natural gas by long pipeline,the import of natural gas by LNG(liquefied Natural Gas) carriers has been increasing in recent years,which requires the construction of a large number of LNG terminals. Three typical LNG terminal vaporizers currently used and their respective advantages and disadvantages were described in this paper. Through the analyses of the cryogenic fluid flow and heat transfer performance for three LNG seawater vaporizers,the design model was proposed. On the basis of the model,the specific methods of the design and calculation for each vaporizer were presented. The good comparison between the calculated result and data sheet shows that the design model and calculation method can be guidance for the design of the different LNG seawater vaporizers.
