摘要
目的分析新疆某三甲医院预约挂号患者和医生双向失约影响因素,为降低失约率提供合理化的建议。方法对400名预约挂号患者和160名医生进行问卷调查,采用χ2检验和logistic回归分析。结果患者失约影响因素有年龄、是否收到短信提醒和是否被告知具体就诊时间;医生失约影响因素有性别和职称。结论根据影响因素采取控制失约有效措施,可更好的发展预约服务。
Objective To analyze missed appointments factors for patients and physicians in a hospital from Xinjiang,and provide reasonable suggestions to reduce the rate of missed appointments. Methods 400 patients and 160 clinic doctors were surveyed,and factors were analyzed by using chi-square test and logistic regression. Results The impact factors for missed appointments of patients were age,whether you received an SMS and were informed of specific treatment time; the factors for missed appointments of doctors were sex and titles. Conclusion According to missed appointments factors to take measures to control miss appointments,it can develop appointment service better.
