摘要
目的研究不同N、P、K素施肥水平下胜红蓟挥发油的化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS法测定胜红蓟中挥发油成分,按峰面积归一化法求出挥发油中化学成分的百分含量。结果从胜红蓟挥发油中鉴定出30个化合物,含量较高的有早熟素1、2,石竹稀及其氧化物。不同施肥水平对胜红蓟挥发油中不同化合物含量影响大。结论胜红蓟应用于医疗方面,建议种植时施肥施N肥最佳,其次是施K肥;应用于农药方面,建议种植采取不施肥砂质地任其生长或施N肥。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical components of the Ageratum volatile oil under no fertilizer or different levels of Nitrogen , phosphate or potash .METHODS The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS,and the percentage contents of components were determined by the peak area normalization method.RESULTS 30 components were identified from the Ageratum volatile oil ,of which the main components in-cluded:Precocene 1(2H-1-Benzopyran,7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-),Precocene 2(2H-1-Benzopyran,6,7-dimethoxy-2,2-dimethyl-),Caryophyllene and Caryophyllene oxide .Different fertilizing levels induced alterations on the contents of the components .CONCLUSION our results showes that the best fertilizer for Ageratum using in health care is Nitrogen,followed by potash;as for using in pesticides ,planting Ageratum in no fertilizer sand or using nitrogen is recommended.
