摘要
基于对黑龙江省6市10家农村资金互助社的实地调研数据,运用DEA中CCR模型和超效率模型对这10家3种不同运行模式的资金互助社的绩效进行了评价分析。研究表明:外生型的农村资金互助社绩效良好,规模效率不足是制约其绩效的主要因素;内生型的资金互助社绩效一般,其主要原因在于资产的管理质量过低;自发型的农村资金互助社运行绩效呈现高度的差异。
The authors used the CCR model and the super efficiency model of DEA to analyze the performance of three different mode fund cooperatives in Heilongjiang on the base of investigation. The result was that the performance of fund cooperatives building mainly on the government was good, the performance of fund cooperatives mainly on the special cooperatives was medium, and the performance of spontaneous fund cooperatives was not regular
