摘要
本文从科研型组织的特点出发,正确认识知识型员工的特点,深入分析知识型员工的激励因素,认为在科研型组织中建立有效的激励机制应从分析员工的需求、采取行之有效的激励手段等方面入手,从不同层面建立持续、长久的激励系统。为科研型组织人力资源激励机制有效性体系的建立提供新的研究视角。
Based on the characteristics of scientific research organizations, it is proposed in the article that an effective and long-last incentive system in different levels should be established by analyzing the personalities and motivators of knowledgeable type staff. An effective incentive system should also be framed by correctly judging employees' demands and taking effective motivation methods to bring a totally new research angle to effective incentive system for human resources of scientific research organizations.
