锅炉烟风管道均流装置设计系统的应用

摘要 为了解决电厂锅炉因烟风管道管径大、直管段短而造成的管道内流场不均匀、风量显示不准确的问题,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,开发出一套针对烟风管道的均流装置设计系统,可以方便、快捷地进行烟风管道内均流装置的模拟设计。利用该设计系统为某电厂锅炉一次风管道模拟设计了栅格导流板均流装置,解决了某电厂锅炉一次风管道风量显示不准确问题,具有良好的实用性。 In order to solve non-uniform velocity distributions and unsteady flow field caused by large duct diameter and short straight duct, flow-equilibrating device design system applied to flue gas and air ducts was developed based on finite element analysis software ANSYS. Simulation calculation and optimum design were carried efficiently using the design system. In order to verify the practicability of the design system, lattice flow equalizing equipment was designed and the problem of imprecise volume measurement on primary air duet in power plant was solved accurately.
