无线中继器在电能量信息采集中的应用

摘要 巴彦淖尔电业局电能量信息采集与监控系统数据平均采集完整率仅为83%,低于内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司数据采集完整率应达到90%以上的要求。分析原因为:1块专用变压器采控终端通常需要采集2块或2块以上电能表的数据,但是由于电能表多数未安装在同一位置,且距离较远,采用传统的采集方式,即1块终端同时用485总线连接2块距离较远的电能表较为困难,致使与终端距离较远的电能表数据无法传至终端,导致电能采控终端数据采集完整率较低。对此提出利用RS485无线中继器通过无线方式传输数据的方案,可提高RS485总线设备的接续能力和覆盖容量。安装RS485无线中继器后,专用变压器采控终端数据采集完整率提高至95%。 Bayannur Electric Power Bureau's average acquisition integrity rate of electric energy information acquisition and monitoring system data was only 83% in 2012, which was lower 7 percent than the requirement of Inner Mongolia Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. The reason was that one block special transformer acquisition terminal usually need to collect 2 even more than 2 blocks of electric energy meter's data. Electric power meters were not installed in the same location, and the distance of two meters was far. The traditional acquisition method is RS485 bus connects two meters far away from each other to one pieces of terminal, which leads to the data of one of the meters can't be passed to terminal. As a result, the data acquisition integrity rate of the electric energy acquisition and control terminal is very low. After RS485 wireless repeater was used to solve the problems aboved, improved the connection capacity and coverage capacity of RS485 bus. All in all, after installing RS485 wireless repeater, the complete rate of data acquisition for special transformer acquisition terminal increased to 95%.
