摘要
内蒙古华宁热电有限公司2×150 MW机组采用城市污水处理后的中水作为循环冷却水。在运行初期凝汽器极易结垢并产生粘泥,导致机组不能长周期安全稳定运行。针对此情况,分别于2010年和2013年对污水处理厂的处理工艺进行2次改造,增加了石灰处理系统,取消氧化塘,增加粗格栅,并对A/O曝气池工艺进行了改进。改造后,中水水质大幅提高,符合城市污水再生利用工业用水水质要求。
In the 2×150 MW units in Inner Mongolia Huaning Thermal Power Co., Ltd., reclaimed water is used to cycling cooling water. However, the machines were not able to stay in long-term good operation under the effect of dirt scaling and sliming in condensers. Considering this situation, the technics of water decontamination had been ameliorated twice in the sewage treatment plant in 2010 and 2013 by adding calcareousness processing system and coarse screen, canceling the oxidation pond, and also ameliorating the A/O aeration tank. After the amelioration, the reclaimed water quality was highly improved and conformed to the water quality requirements of city cycled sewage for industrial use.
