摘要
介绍了如何确定配电变压器的抽样检测项目,对近3年配电变压器的抽样检测结果进行了汇总,结果表明,2011—2013年抽样检测合格率分别为0、61%、73%,说明通过抽样检测,可有效提高入网配电变压器的质量。通过对检测过程中存在的损耗指标、箱式变压器温升试验结果超标等问题进行原因分析,提出在配电变压器损耗检测中采用零偏差标准、在同批次箱式变压器中应先对大容量箱式变压器进行抽样检测等建议。
Introduced how to determine the sampling detection projects of distribution transformer. Through the summary on the results of the sampling detection in the recent 3 years, i.e. the qualified rate was 0, 61% and 73% respectively from 2011 to 2013, explained that the sampling detection could effectively improve the quality. Through the analysis of the detection results about the power loss and the heat-run test of the cabinet type transformer station exceed the standard, it provided that the zero standard deviation should be used in the loss detection of distribution transformer, and the detection for the cabinet type transformer station with larger capacity should be prior to the smaller in the same batch.
