氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets on Primary Hypertension in Elderly Patients

目的观察氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择2010年3月—2013年3月在河池市金城江区南桥社区卫生服务中心进行治疗的老年原发性高血压患者110例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各55例。治疗组患者给予氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗,对照组给予氯沙坦钾片治疗,两组患者均治疗2个月。比较两组患者治疗前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及心率(HR);观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率为96.4%,高于对照组的83.6%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者DBP、SBP及HR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者DBP和SBP低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后HR比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.5%,与对照组的7.2%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗老年原发性高血压的临床疗效确切,且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets in treating elderly patients with primary hypertension. Methods From March 2010 to March 2013,a total of 110 elderly patients with pri- mary hypertension were selected in the Nanqiao Community Health Service Center,Jinchengjiang District,Hechi,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 55 cases. Control group given losartan potassium tablets,treat- ment group given losartan potassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets;both groups treated for 2 months. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,heart rate between the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and clinical effect,inci- dence of adverse reactions during treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 96. 4% ,was higher than that of control group of 83. 6% （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant differences of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before treatment（P 〉 0. 05）. Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pres- sure of treatment group were lower than those of control group after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）;but there was no significant differences of heart rate between the two groups after treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of treatment group was 5. 5% ,that of control group was 7. 2% ,the difference was not significantly different（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Losartan po- tassium and hydrochlorothiazide tablets has certain clinical effect in treating elderly patients with primary hypertension,and is safe.
