产业融合背景下北京休闲农业园旅游发展问题研究——以通州瑞正园为例

Tourism Development Issues of Leisure Agriculture Garden in Beijing from the Perspective of Industry Merging——the Case Study of the Rising Yard in Tongzhou

京郊休闲农业园是市民外出度假娱乐的重要场所,也是近年来京郊旅游中涌现的新业态。本文以具有代表性的通州瑞正园为例,通过对游客和园区工作人员进行问卷调查和访谈,结合对多家农业园的实地考察,分析了目前京郊农业园旅游发展中存在的一些突出问题,并提出了相应的发展建议。

leisure agriculture garden in the countryside outskirt of Beijing is the important place for the Chinese cap- ital residents to do recreation during their leisure time, and also is one of the new industry forms recently emerging in Suburban Beijing tourism. In this paper, by taking the Tongzhou Rising yard as an example, the authors conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with its visitors and staff, then discuss some typical issues currently existing in the tourism development of the Suburban Beijing＇ s leisure agriculture gardens, and then suggest countermeasures to deal with them.
