摘要
数控加工中许多被加工零件都有高精度要求的孔,孔位精度对孔的加工精度影响很大,而孔位精度在很大程度上取决于机床的调整阶段,文章通过建立孔系孔位精度模型的尺寸链,采用区间法对孔位精度进行了模拟与评价,得出在机床调整阶段提高孔位精度,必须充分满足成形阶段的条件,并考虑数控机床的控制类型和精度等级,以及执行机构位置不同的误差与计算精度的最小储备。
Many of the parts to he machined have holes requiring high precision in the process of NC machining and the hole position accuracy have great effect on the hole machining accuracy, while the hole position accuracy is greatly determined by the adjustment stage of machine tool. By establishing the dimension chain of the bore hole precision model, the paper simulates and evaluates the hole position ac- curacy through the interval method, draws the conclusion that the improvement of the hole position accu- racy during the adjustment stage of machine tool must fully meet the conditions of forming stage, con- sider control type and accuracy grade of CNC machine tool,execution error mechanism in different loca- tions and minimum reserve of the calculation accuracy.
