Application of Risk Management in Aviation Products R&D

摘要 航天产品研发的各阶段存在诸多风险,通过梳理航天产品风险管理的流程,归纳出风险管理识别、评估和应对的方法,总结出风险管理的要点并提出改进建议。 The paper introduces the characteristics of risk in product R＆D, put forwards the meth- ods identification, evaluation and solutions of risk management by combing the process, than summarizes the points of risk management and gives some advice.
