Discussion on the Eight Political Errors in Late Qing Dynasty

本文从总结政治得失的角度,从晚清统治者在全球变局中对发展机遇的把握、自强政策、吏治、统治集团内部高层争斗、中央与地方关系、改革中利益分配、清末新政等八个方面,对晚清时期中央政府在治国过程中所犯的一系列严重失误进行剖析,力图总结出可资借鉴的历史经验与教训。

This article from the perspective of politics,discusses the gain and loss of the central govern-ment of the late Qing dynasty,the eight errors in particular.The errors can be summarized as the follow-ing aspects：grasping the development opportunity in the global change,striving to self -improvement,bureaucracy,feuds among the high-level ruling groups , relationship between the central and local,profit distribution,new policy...etc.in order to provide some historical experience and lessons for the governance.
