摘要
目的:初步研究与探讨以问题为基础的教学模式(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)对医学生医患沟通能力培养的作用。方法:将医学生按照是否经过临床见习PBL培训分为两组,两组分别采用自制问卷进行医患沟通能力调查。结果:PBL教学组学生在医患沟通态度和能力的某些方面有一定优势。结论:PBL教学模式可能在医患沟通能力的培养方面起到积极作用。
Objective To study the effect of PBL in education of doctor-patient communication capability of medical students. Methods: The medical students were divided into two groups, only one group receiving PBL during clinical practice. Results The doctor-patient communication capability of students in thePBL group was better than the other group. Conclusions PBL may improve the doctor-patient communication capability of medical students.
