摘要
目的:探讨PTC教学模式在急救技能教学中的应用价值。方法:采用PTC教学方式——讲座+小组讨论+教授技能+场景演练,分8期培训163名学员,培训前后均考核相同的理论内容,培训结束后还进行现场问卷调查,以评价PTC培训的效果。结果:所有学员培训后理论考核成绩明显高于培训前,二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);问卷调查结果显示93.87%的学员均认可这种开放式教学方式。结论:PTC教学方式新颖独特,理念科学又有特色,值得在技能教学中广泛推广。
Objective:This paper presents the pre- and post-test results of the outcomes of a workshop designed to teach fist aid. Meth- ods : A pre- and posttest quasi-experimental design was used. Results : Test scores of intervention group were significantly better ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The survey showed that 93.87% of participants held favorable attitudes towards this open mode of teaching. Conclusions:PTC is innovative and worthy of promotion.
