摘要 目的:探讨病案导入式(Case-Based Instruction,CBI)联合团队基础学习(Team-Based Learning,TBL)教学法在心内科临床见习教学中的应用。方法:采用联合教学法进行教学,通过问卷调查、理论及操作考核的方式评价教学效果。结果:联合教学组与TBL组比较,前者操作考核、理论考核及总成绩均有提高,统计学有显著性差异(P<0.01);联合组与CBI组比较,前者在理论及总成绩方面均有提高,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在操作考核成绩提升上无统计学意义;问卷调查结果显示,联合组的总体满意度达96.1%。结论:CBI联合TBL的教学模式值得推广。 Objective: To explore the effectiveness of case-based instruction and team-based learning in clinical practice in the depart- ment of ardiology. MethodsA pre-and posttest two-group randomized quasi-experimental design was used. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire and a clinical skills test. Result:compared with the control group, the intervention group did better in paper test on theories and achieved better overall scores, though their clinical skills test results were not significantly different. 96.1% of the interven- tion group were satisfied with the course. Conelusion:CBI plus TBL can be a valuable strategy.
