摘要
目的:探讨"双导师"制度在中医内科学教学中对专业学位硕士学习的影响。方法:随机选取2009年经全国硕士研究生入学考试录取至我校的中医内科学专业学位硕士研究生30人为观察组,进行"双导师"带教制,与同年入我校同专业的硕士研究生30人进行比较。结果:与普通带教模式相比,观察组硕士生的综合考核成绩显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:"双导师"制度能显著提高教学质量。
Purpose : To explore the effectiveness of Dual-tutor system in the teaching of traditional Chinese internal medicine. Methods : Students (N = 30) enrolled in traditional Chinese internal medicine program in 2009 were tutored with two tutors. Results: compared with the control group (N = 30), students who had two tutors had a significantly improvement in the comprehensive examination(P 〈 0.05 ). Results : Dual-tutor system can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
