摘要
军队专业技术干部代职工作是加强我军干部队伍建设的关键举措。本文从人员选配、质量控制、保障手段等方面介绍某军医大学专业技术干部代职管理的做法与体会,探索建立行之有效的干部代职管理模式,为进一步做好强军目标下的干部代职工作提供参考。
