摘要
目的在ICU岗位培训期间,将新护士长培养成为具有科学管理能力的专业型人才。方法根据实际情况制定新护士长培训计划和培训内容,实施多种培训方式,系统培训专科管理理论知识和方法,实践临床护理管理。结果本科片内新护士长上岗12名,均能较好地适应护士长角色,得到科室主任的认可和患者的好评。结论在ICU开展有效而规范的培训是促进新护士长角色转变的有效手段,是提高管理者素质和能力的重要途径。
Objective To develop the new head nurses professional talents with scientific management ca -pability during their on -the -job training of ICU.Methods Design new head nurse training programs and con -tent according to the actual situation.Adopting a variety of training methods, to train specialist knowledge and methods of management theory, and practice clinical nursing management .Results 12 new head nurses in one part of our hospital can better adapt to their roles , and gain the recognition of department director and the patient’s praise .Conclusion Carrying out effective and standardized training in the ICU is an good means to promote new head nurse role change, also an important way to improve the quality and ability of managers .
