摘要
目的了解手术室流程现状,找出外科手术量下降的原因,实施改进措施,持续监控改进效果。方法观察某三级甲等医院手术室每日工作流程,监测每台手术从准备、开始到结束的全部过程,并详细记录各环节所需时间,应用精益医疗的方法绘制手术室价值流图,找出影响价值流中各环节效率的问题并提出改进建议。结论影响某三甲医院手术量的主要因素为:1床位数量;2手术间数量;3医护人员数量(包括:外科医师、麻醉师、手术护士)等。
Objective To understand the current status of operation room process , and find out the reason of the decrease of surgery operation.To propose the improving measures, and achieve continuous quality improve -ment.Method Observing the following items of certain third -level grade -A hospital operation room , including daily work processes, whole process of each operation from preparation to start to the end , all the time of each link. Rendering the value stream map, finding out the efficiency factors which influence the value flow of each link .Put forward some suggestions.Conclusion The main factors affecting the operation quantities of hospital were as fol -lows: the number of beds; the number of operation room; the number of medical personnel (including: the sur-geon, anesthesiologist, operation nurse), etc.
