超声观察正常胎儿晶状体横径、周长、横截面积、后囊膜中心部厚度及其临床价值 被引量:1

Ultrasonic measurement and clinical value of lens transverse diameter, perimeter, cross section area and thickness of posterior capsule center in normal fetus

摘要 目的以超声方法测定正常胎儿晶状体横径、周长、横截面积及晶状体后囊膜中心部的厚度,建立正常参考值范围,并分析其与孕龄的相关性。方法将孕龄为18~40周符合条件的2 580例正常胎儿按孕龄分为23组,在常规检查后对其胎儿晶状体横径、周长、横截面积及后囊膜中心部厚度进行测量,并进行相关统计学处理。结果胎儿晶状体横径、周长、横截面积在18~40周中与孕龄呈正相关(r=0.60~0.67,P均〈0.01);晶状体后囊膜中心部厚度随孕龄增长呈缓慢增厚趋势;左、右晶状体横径、周长、横截面积及后囊膜中心部厚度在各孕周间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论胎儿晶状体横径、周长、横截面积随孕龄增长而增大,与孕龄呈正相关。 [ Objective ] To establish the normal scope of reference of the lens transverse diameter, perimeter, cross section area and thickness of posterior capsule center in normal fetus, and to analyze its correlativity with gestational age. [Methods] Totally 2 580 normal fetus (gestational ages ranged from 18-40 weeks) were divided into 23 groups. The lens transverse diameter, perimeter, cross section area and thickness of posterior capsule center were measured after routine examination. Relevant statistical analysis was performed. [Results] The lens transverse diameter, perimeter and cross section area show a linear increase with the gestational age during the gestation period of 18- 40th weeks(r =0.60-0.67, all P 〈0.01). The thickness of lens posterior capsule center showed a slow thickening trend with pregnancy. There was no obvious statistical difference among measured values of transverse diameter, perimeter, cross section area and thickness of posterior capsule center in both left and right lens of fetus (P 〉0.05). [ Conclu- sions ] The lens transverse diameter, perimeter and cross section area in normal fetus increase gradually with preg- nancy, positively correlate with gestational age.
