摘要 目的探讨低场MRI在糖尿病足自体干细胞移植疗效监测的意义。方法对38例糖尿病足患者自体干细胞移植治疗前及移植后1及9个月分别进行MRI扫描,分析其治疗前后影像表现。结果 38例糖尿病足患者的MRI均清晰显示了移植前及移植后1及9个月其软组织和骨组织的变化。结论 MRI对于糖尿病足自体干细胞移植疗效监测客观、准确、便捷。 [ Objective ] To investigate the monitoring value of autologous stem cell transplantation on diabetic foot by the low-field MR[. [Methods] 38 diabetic feet were scanned by the low MR on pretransplant and post trans- plantation one month and nine months later. The MRI imaging were reviewed. [ Results ] The pathologic characters of diabetic foot on pretransplant and post transplantation one month and nine months later could be displayed clearly by the low MRI. [ Conclusions ] The low-field MRI is valuable in monitoring the curative effect of autologous stem cell transplantation on diabetic foot.
