摘要
创业教育是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要组成部分。多项目、全时段、全员参与的"教学、生产、经营"一体化的"生产性创业",是新时期高职人才培养的一种新模式。基于"生产性创业"要求,无锡商业职业技术学院采取烹饪工艺与营养专业在创业教育实践中,依托创业实训基地设置中餐、西餐、中西面点三个门店,通过组建创业团队、撰写创业计划书、运营实战、项目总结等环节,有效提升学生的创业能力,为提高大学生综合素质与就业创业能力提供了借鉴。
Entrepreneurship education is an important part of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel. Multi project, full time, full participation “teaching, production, management”integration “productive entrepreneurship”, is a new talent training mode of Higher Vocational Education in the new period. Based on“productive entrepreneurship”requirements, taking Wuxi Institue of Commerce as an example, presents the entrepreneurial base construction, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education course system construction of the implementation of a series of measures, in order to offer reference to improve the comprehensive quality and employment ability of College students.
